Service Projects Team Administrator

Purpose of the role
This role is responsible for supporting all administrative functions related to the delivery of Service Project Operations.
You will be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of the team and customer’s needs in order to support all service delivery functions with administrative requirements.
Competencies, areas of responsibility and tasks (non-exhaustive)

Arranging and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders

Supporting all team members with administrative tasks such as;
-
General administration related to business process for example updating of records.

Capturing important incoming information and relaying it to the relevant team member, for example changes to a meeting, customer calls etc. compiling of data received from service delivery teams.

Take part in team meetings, training, and necessary toolbox talks.

General document control (filing, printing, archiving, etc.)

Support management and supervisory staff in the preparation of project delivery and installation plans.

Collation of service delivery documentation for example periodic inspection results, commissioning certificates and electrical test results.

Support service delivery teams with reporting requirements such as H&S incidents and onboarding.

Support service delivery teams for material needs e.g., consumable material shortages.

Good communication skills within the team and can communicate internally and externally at all levels.

Participate in the generation of ideas & suggestions for the team, function & business & implement the chosen ideas & suggestions in the most appropriate manner.
