  • Lead major bids, commercial negotiations and resourcing decisions for priority opportunities.

  • Collaborate with other APAC Hub entities and countries to export Australian capability and successfully localise global solutions.

  • Experience in maintenance projects and project delivery are a must with focus on strong program management, claim and contract management as well as knowledge of EHS requirements

People, culture and governance

  • Build a high-performing, collaborative and accountable ANZ team with strong role clarity and alignment to strategic focus areas.

  • Develop leaders and critical talent, while strengthening succession depth and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and governance standards.

  • Share and adopt best practice from mature markets and other Yunex countries to accelerate local performance.

  • Live up to the Yunex core values and drive a business on positive professional attitude and solution focus.

About you

  • Extensive time spent in the Intelligent Transport Systems industry, traffic technology, transport infrastructure, mobility solutions or a closely related sector.

  • Proven experience leading an organisation, country business, business unit or substantial commercial operation in the transport industry.

  • Demonstrated P&L accountability with strong commercial acumen across revenue growth, margin performance, cash, order intake, contracts and risk.
