IT Project Manager - SAP S/4 Hana

What's your team to look like?

You will be part of an IT team of about 35 colleagues distributed over four countries of Yunex Traffic and take responsibility in implementing and rolling out our SAP S/4 Hana template. You will act from a headquarters role and see yourself as a partner for our more than 3,500 colleagues in 25 countries worldwide. There are many exciting opportunities to contribute your know-how.

What will be your responsibilities?

• You lead our international SAP S/4 Hana project with the goal to harmonize the existing global ERP landscape (currently 5 systems) into one.
• Together with the Global Process Owners you will continue to execute a global roll-out concept in waves.
• As the Global Project Manager you will steer the project team together with the Global Process Owner (Product Owner) and our Indian implementation partner through the respective phases (e.g. Explore, Build, UAT).
• You keep a strong focus on standard template features while ensuring that all business requirements are met.
• You prepare and conduct SteerCo meetings with our top management.
• You ensure that interfaces to SAP are prioritized and implemented successfully. 
• You monitor and analyze the progress of your projects including tracking, controlling and documentation.
• You prepare and support the transfer of your projects into operational service processes (AMS).

What do you need to qualify for the role?

• You have a degree in computer science, engineering, business informatics or comparable.
• In addition, you have already gained several years of experience as a SAP IT project manager, preferably in the service or project business.
• You have broad, vendor-independent and up-to-date knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies.
• Deep experience in at least one of the following SAP modules is required: FI, CO, SD
• You gained experience in handling twists and turns during ECC-to-S/4HANA migration.
• You have proven ability to project lead large teams (40+ consultants) and collaborate with third parties.
• Strong customer relationship management skills, including handling escalations are part of your profile
• Experience working across cultures and time zones is advantageous.
• Due to our international setup, you bring very good communication skills in English (written and spoken), German or Spanish would be a plus.
