The Head of SAP ERP Application is an exciting role as IT manager within an international company and directly reports to the Vice President IT of Yunex Traffic

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

• Lead and develop a team of 8 in-house SAP experts, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee three productive SAP ERP system lines, ensuring robust Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Manage multiple external IT service providers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
• Drive the strategic transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure a smooth and value-driven migration.
• Ensure service excellence while continuously optimizing operational costs across the SAP application landscape.

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ERP environments, including a minimum of 2 years in IT leadership roles managing global, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in the areas of IT Service Management, IT Sourcing Mgmt, IT Finance Mgmt and IT Project Mgmt.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and application architecture to ensure alignment between business goals and IT strategies effectively.
• Proven track record in outsourcing and external service provider management, ensuring efficiency and high service quality.
• Proven ability to increase operational efficiency in global SAP ERP service deliveries.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as foundation to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., German) are advantageous.
