MI Analyst

The Role:

As a Reporting Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of developing and maintaining reporting solutions tailored to meet our customers' specific contractual requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

New Report Development and Maintenance:

• Crafting and testing new reports to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Deploying reports seamlessly to our SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Writing and updating SQL stored procedures for optimized reporting queries.
• Keeping our reporting projects organized and well-documented.

Data Exploration and Analysis:

• Creating engaging dashboards using Microsoft Power BI or other visualization tools.
• Digging deep into data sources to investigate incidents and changes, reporting anomalies as needed.

Your Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, essential for collaborating with diverse teams and presenting findings.
• Strong time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dynamic row-level security implementation.
• Deep knowledge of MS SQL environments, preferably within Azure or AWS settings.
• Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services and data warehousing concepts.
• Expertise in Excel, including VBA scripting.

Educational Background:

• A relevant degree, professional accreditation (Microsoft Power BI preferred), or equivalent hands-on experience.
