As part of our global growth strategy across our Enforcement technology portfolio we are looking for a Global Channel Partner Manager to develop, build and manage a thriving and successful channel partner programme.

You will be responsible for designing and building the programme before moving on to identifying and onboarding new partners, providing support, and managing the performance of the partner network.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in channel management, with a deep understanding of what ‘great’ looks like and how to rapidly scale across global markets.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a market leading channel partner program to deliver against ambitious global growth targets.
  • Employ innovative and creative methods to differentiate our partner offering from competitors.
  • Research and identify target regions and onboard the right channel partners with specific expertise and market coverage.
  • Manage the performance of partners through regular reviews, helping to develop strategies to increase revenue in their region.
  • Proactively cultivate strong relationships with partners, ensuring they feel fully supported to maximise engagement.
  • Provide guidance to partners on product and solution offerings, pushing our exciting new developments and releases
  • Continuously monitor and build partner competence by promoting certifications and training
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on regional competitors, market conditions and legislation
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and product lifecycle teams to align on pipeline, marketing and development requirements
  • Measure and report to senior management on the channel partner programme performance

 

Requirements and skills

  • Significant experience in channel partner management & sales
  • Track record of achieving global growth through a channel partner network
  • Sales experience across both hardware and software solutions preferred.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting and influencing at a senior level.
  • Customer centric approach, with an advanced knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Willingness to travel globally where needed.
