Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

• You will be responsible for the architecture, design and development of innovative workplace centric infrastructures - on-premise but especially in the cloud - and their seamless integration
• As a mastermind, you advise our providers and internal operations on the design of the global future IT workplace and all connected services based on your extensive experience with similar infrastructures
• You will bring hands on experience and provide 3rd-level support to team members and business stakeholders, and lead the resolution of the most complex technical problems
• You understand the business objectives and validate IT solution architecture against business, security and budgetary requirements
• You evaluate planned changes and solution options in terms of value, opportunities and risks, make technology and architecture decisions and represent these to the customer
• You ensure that new solutions comply with the state of the art security standards following the Zero Trust principles
• You will lead on emerging technology insights, staying ahead of market trends, identifying innovative solutions and best practices, and driving their assessment to support the continuous evolution of our architecture.

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

• Successfully completed university degree in computer science, economics, physics, mathematics or equivalent university degrees.
• Several years of experience as solution architect for IT workplace
• Demonstrated experience and expert knowledge in the planning, design, implementation, troubleshooting, and provisioning of Microsoft 365 solutions
• Experiences in adoption of AI in a workplace (especially MS Copilot, but not limited to)
• Experience with public cloud solutions, preferably with Microsoft Azure
• Project experience in multinational mid-sized companies
• Strong customer orientation
• Very good communication skills in English, German would be a plus
