Senior Digital Transformation Lead (f/m/d) Procurement & Supply Chain

We are looking for a Senior Digital Transformation Lead (f/m/d) Procurement & Supply Chain to take end-to-end ownership of the global digital transformation of the operative procurement processes for indirect and direct Material at Yunex Traffic.

In this role, you will define and execute the strategic roadmap for digital procurement, lead global transformation programs, and shape next-generation, data-driven operating models. A key focus lies on AI-enabled solutions and enterprise-wide Guided Buying frameworks to drive efficiency, transparency, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Own and define the global digital procurement strategy for Purchase-2-Pay (P2P) across all regions and material segments, driving standardization, automation, and operational excellence
• Lead and steer global transformation programs end-to-end, including planning, execution, governance, stakeholder alignment, and measurable value realization
• Drive AI-enabled procurement transformation, establishing scalable solutions for predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision-making
• Establish strategic partnerships for eCatalog integration via API with global suppliers (e.g., Amazon, Mercateo), aligned with the enterprise Guided Buying framework.
• Govern the global P2P control framework within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and harmonized system integration across all regions.
• Lead global electronic supplier connectivity initiatives, automating procurement data exchange (orders, invoices, confirmations) to enhance speed and accuracy.
• Sponsor and oversee the global implementation of supply chain finance solutions in partnership with treasury, procurement, and supplier networks.
• Act as global process owner and key user for procurement applications, driving adoption through leadership, training, and continuous improvement programs.
• Steer global digitalization programs end-to-end, from strategic planning and stakeholder alignment to execution, change management, and communication.
• Advise senior leadership through impactful presentations, providing insights, benchmarks, and recommendations on digital procurement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s/Diploma in business, engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in global supply chain management with strong focus on procurement transformation and digitalization
• Proven track record in leading large-scale, international transformation programs with full ownership and measurable business impact
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA landscapes (P2P Control Framework, Electronic Supplier Integration, Supply Chain Finance programs) and shaping enterprise-wide Purchase-to-Order ecosystems (Ariba, Coupa, Jaegger, Synertrade).
• Strong experience in developing and implementing global strategies, governance models, and operating frameworks
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working at senior executive level (C-level exposure)
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and innovation
• Fluency in English and proven ability to lead across regions and cultures
