Your Role in Our Transformation

Join our global SAP S/4HANA rollout and help us bring our standardized ERP template to life across multiple countries. As an expert in SAP Controlling (CO) and Project Systems (PS), you’ll work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to design, implement, and support scalable solutions that drive financial transparency and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Support the global rollout of our SAP S/4HANA template with a focus on CO and PS modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Performance Management, Accounting) to gather and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Provide expert guidance in SAP CO and PS to internal and external consultants and business stakeholders.
• Configure and customize SAP CO and PS modules to meet business needs.
• Align reporting architecture with our Landscape Architect and BI Consultant.
• Ensure harmonization of finance and reporting processes across regions.
• Support key users and ensure smooth operations post-implementation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of hands-on experience as an SAP CO/PS Consultant.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of controlling processes and project accounting.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders in Controlling.
• Strong project and change management skills.
• A proactive, analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English skills; German is a plus.
