Your Role

As Project Manager (f/m/d) AI Adoption & Enablement you enable and equip employees and leaders worldwide – across our 24 locations and 3500 employees - to use AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, making AI a natural part of everyday work.

The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and serves as a global advisor, facilitator and operational lead for accelerating AI across the organization. By driving global AI adoption, building capabilities, and scaling best practices, you help increase productivity and ensure AI delivers sustainable value — today and in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the company‑wide adoption of AI tools, with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI solutions, ensuring measurable business impact
• Work with leaders globally to enable, advise, and equip them to accelerate AI adoption within their organizations
• Conceptualize and steer AI‑related change initiatives, including an international AI Ambassador network and designing and facilitating AI enablement and learning formats
• Develop and execute communication initiatives that foster curiosity, excitement and responsible use of AI across the organization
• Collaborate closely with global functions and countries to align initiatives, share best practices, and accelerate AI adoption across the business
• Over time, contribute to additional global strategic People & Transformation topics, depending on priorities and organizational needs

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completed university degree (Master or comparable) in a relevant business, organizational, or technology‑related discipline
• Several years of relevant professional experience in transformation and change management, ideally gained in consulting or comparable advisory environments
• Hands‑on experience in digital and/or AI‑driven initiatives, particularly in transformation or enablement contexts, is considered a strong advantage
• Proven track record to advise and engage senior leaders as well as employees at all levels
• Strong experience independently leading complex, cross‑functional and international initiatives, delivering measurable and sustainable impact
• Strategic mindset combined with a strong hands‑on, operational approach
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
