IT Service Manager (f/m/d) MS Dynamics 365 & MS Power Platform

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with focus on achieving the best user satisfaction
• Together with external IT providers, you will ensure service availability, service continuity and monitor that the service meets the agreed SLAs
• You will coordinate and develop unit and integration tests for service introduction and document new processes
• You will foster the Power Platform key user community
• You will drive changes, updates and releases without service disruption globally and locally
• You will support change approval processes following IT security policies and Governance & Enterprise Architecture Guidelines
• You will be responsible for the cost and resource planning for the Platform

Qualifications & Experience:

• You hold a university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or a related field – or bring equivalent professional experience and certifications
• 5+ years implementation experience with Dynamics 365 and any of the following (certifications desired): Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Marketing
• Experienced in servicing a multi-tenant D365 landscape
• Understanding of Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps
• Ability to lead smaller projects and other change initiatives
• You have worked with different external companies together in a project or for change requests as a functional lead
• Hands-on mentality with the ability and willingness to work as part of a team, it is easy for you to analyze complex issues and to present them clearly and comprehensibly
• You communicate actively in an international environment and are characterized by cross-divisional thinking in value streams
• Fluent negotiation skills in English are a prerequisite
