Principal/Senior Security Engineer

Who are we looking for?

We're on the lookout for an experienced colleague and Principal/Senior Security Engineer to manage diverse cybersecurity projects, ensuring the integrity and resilience of our product portfolio.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Conduct threat modeling and risk analysis for our product portfolio;
• Support our product teams with validation of security requirements based on regulations, norms, and best practices;
• Manage complex projects in the context of product security;
• Responsible for the lifecycle management of tools used to support our product security operations;
• Responsible to perform security testing activities such as the configuration of vulnerability scan jobs, verification of false-positives, and prioritization of patching together with the development teams;
• Responsible to plan and coordinate external penetration testing activities by defining the scope, reviewing results, and collaborating with development teams to present findings and support in the prioritization of patching;
• Lead key streams of our product security compliance program across the portfolio;

What do you need to qualify for the role?

• Security first mindset and great communication skills, able to clearly express cybersecurity in simple terms with other functions;
• General understanding of DevOps practices and tools;
• Clear understanding and experience with vulnerability management (SAST, DAST, and SCA);
• Experience in securing IT and OT systems, including industrial control systems and next-generation firewalls;
• Clear understanding of the most relevant European cybersecurity regulations such as the Cyber Security Act and NIS2. Clear understanding of ISO 27001 and NIST CSF;
• Experience with cloud computing and secure cloud architecture. Familiarity with key cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Able to configure cloud services and to perform security design review of cloud-based products;
• Project management skills. Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework. Track record of successful project delivery in a complex environment;

What is your desired qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, and STEM courses;
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity;
• Fluent in English (cooperation with colleagues from abroad);

Additional desired qualifications and competencies?

• Master or doctorate degree in the field of cybersecurity;
• Experience with IEC 62443;
• GICSP, OSCP, CISSP, CEH certifications;
• AWS, Azure, GCP Certified Solutions Architect;
• Experience with implementation and operation of Public Key Infrastructure solutions;
