 What will be your mission?

  • You are the first IT contact for the business users.
  • You perform a range of operational tasks related to the management of assigned IT services and solutions. Focus is on business application solutions. 
  • Helps, plan and design business processes in cooperation with various departments, other IT departments and external partners and makes recommendations to optimize applications. 
  • Trouble shoots application issues reported by end users, resolves or escalates as needed.
  • Responsible for servers and VMs related to the applications and ensures compliance with cyber security standards.
  • Steering of applications towards the field of digitalization and cloud-based services.

 

 What do you need to become a team member?

  • You have a degree (Bachelor) in Computer Science or comparable and bring several years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Must have good understanding skill of application architecture, Business and IT processes
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies like MS SQL, SSRS, DTS
  • Nice to have configuring and dealing applications hosted in IIS
  • Knowledge of network protocols, authentication methods (e.g. Azure AD), certifications and servers.
  • Azure PaaS experience and experience with applications hosted in Azure is a plus
  • Experience in Microsoft Power Platform is added advantage
  • Hands-on mentality with the ability and willingness to work as part of a team
  • It is easy for you to analyze complex issues and to present them clearly and comprehensibly
  • You enjoy shaping and implementing change. In doing so, you are characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility, goal orientation, the ability to deal with conflicts and a willingness to take responsibility
  • Fluent negotiation skills in English are a prerequisite and you should be able to communicate actively in an international environment with strong customer focus orientation (English is our working language)
