Background & Objective

We are seeking an experienced external service provider to deliver commercial support services within our Technology & Operations organization, System Engineering department. The objective of this engagement is to ensure reliable execution of day-to-day commercial and controlling activities, support ongoing business operations, and maintain compliance with internal control and reporting requirements.

Scope of Services

The service provider will provide operational support across the following areas:

 

  • Customer order controlling and monitoring
  • Support for revenue recognition and invoicing readiness
  • Verification of commercial data completeness and accuracy
  • Update of transfer prices for our products in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders, and their implementation in SAP system
  • Cost center controlling, budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Preparation and maintenance of recurring controlling reports
  • Support in monthly closing activities from a commercial perspective
  • Support in inventory valuation and reconciliation activities

Required Resource Profile

· Several years of experience in commercial, controlling, or finance support roles

  • Excellent knowledge of Office 365, especially Excel, as well as SAP knowledge (modules SD, MM) are a prerequisite
  • Proven ability to reliably execute recurring operational commercial tasks
  • High level of accuracy, structure, and compliance awareness
  • Strong communication skills for coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Fluent English, German is an advantage

  • Availability and capacity model
  • Daily or hourly rate and commercial terms
  • Short description of relevant operational commercial support experience

 

Expected duration of cooperation: currently planned until July 2026; the exact duration will be further clarified during the interview process.
