Responsibilities:

Bid Management

• Collaborate with the Bid Manager and Sales Manager to prepare winning tenders.
• Analyze supplier offers and conduct credit checks.
• Evaluate bid and contract documents, with attention to public procurement regulations.
• Coordinate with legal counsel to assess and mitigate contractual risks.
• Prepare and submit complete and compelling offers and administrative documents.
• Lead internal approval processes, including presentations to HQ.
• Act as commercial point of contact for clients during the tender phase.
• Maintain and improve the quality and relevance of tender documentation.

Commercial Project Management

• Set up and manage projects in the project in the ERP system from A to Z.
• Prepare cost price calculations and monitor planned, actual, and committed costs.
• Perform controlling and internal audits on your projects.
• Manage invoicing and follow up on payments.
• Initiate and track supplier orders.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Contribute to the simplification and optimization of internal systems and processes.

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, such as Applied Economics, Business Engineering, or Business Studies (e.g. TEW, Handelsingenieur, Handelswetenschappen).
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an innovative mindset.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Comfortable working flexibly and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel;
• Knowledge of SAP4Hana is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Analytical, entrepreneurial and eager to grow
