We are currently seeking National Inside Solution Sales Specialist to support Yunex Traffic regional sales, strategic accounts and local channel partners. National Inside Solution Sales Specialist will report to the Sr. Director of Product and Solution Sales and work within a collaborative multi-disciplined team.

 

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • The strategic role will require autonomy in fostering a positive relationship with customers of all types - regional sales, end-users and distribution partners.
  • Collaboration with Regional Sales to maintain the accuracy of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Utilize and manage public procurement and bid listing services to screen, assess and qualify formal solicitations for pursuit.
  • Track and report on sales key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress towards Yunex Traffic sales targets.
  • Maintain internal organization with customer files inclusive of install base of products and solutions, bid responses, unsolicited offers, etc.
  • Support the development of distribution partner quotes partner quotes while applying a strategic approach informed by market research and industry knowledge.
  • Develop consultative relationships that are centered on technology and services with regional sales, channel partners, customers, consultants, government executives, business partners, etc.
  • Educates and demonstrates Yunex Traffic products and solutions to a broader network in customer organizations and the transportation ecosystem.
  • Support project management with key accounts during system deployments, including understanding product needs, identifying general pain points and sketching overall solution approaches.
  • Orchestrates case management with customer service department process for enhancement requests and bug fixes, removing dependencies that impact sales opportunities.
  • Actively participate in regional professional societies such as IMSA, ITE, ITS, APTA, and channel partner user groups, etc.
  • Lead customer meetings and presentations, representing Yunex Traffic products and services at regional and national sales conferences.
  • Collaboratively work with regional sales on direct bid responses by reviewing RFP/RFQ requirements, crafting and describing technical solutions, and other written documentation vital to support bid generation efforts.

 

Who you are:

  • 1- 3 years’ experience in working with Public Sectors.
  • Experience in ITS or mobility industries, including knowledge of market conditions and competitive positions.
  • Experience in identifying ITS opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate (written & verbal) comprehensive knowledge of our tech stack and product offerings, and how they are differentiated in the market.
  • Work both as part of a sophisticated multi-disciplinary team and the ability to work independently to solve problems.
  • Problem-solving ability, including resolving customer complaints and connecting customers to Yunex Traffic Support and Yunex Traffic Resources to tackle issues.
  • Experience developing and implementing a technical development plan/solution that weighs short-term revenue growth and profitability with long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ability to translate user requirements into effective system designs using appropriate ITS technology knowledgeable in industry standards.
  • Adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changes priorities.
  • Driven and self-motivated to take ownership of goals, proactively pursues opportunities and consistently works to meet or exceed goals.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail while consistently delivering high-quality work.
  • Able to travel 25% plus within the US.
