IT Application Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks

You will be part of our Procurement & Logistics team and responsible for designing and finding solutions for internal business IT issues relating to the digitalisation of our processes. We work with SAP, IT systems and applications. Our primary goal is to digitalise collaboration and communication through IT-supported applications with our internal interfaces, neighbouring departments, plant, suppliers and customers - and we are looking for you to help us achieve this.

• As IT Application Manager, your task will be to understand our global data management processes and current IT landscape and to improve these in the global master data management environment in the long term.
• During your intensive training in the IT landscape and business processes of Yunex Traffic, you will develop into an expert for digitalisation and automation in the master data context
• You will work closely with your colleagues (f/m/d) in the various specialist departments to jointly develop optimal solutions, applications and automations and provide optimal data and reports as a basis for business decisions or applications
• To implement the requirements of the specialist departments, you will use the following technologies/tools, among others: SAP, SSIS, SSRS, SQL, VBA, Microsoft Power Query, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Python and PowerShell

Your skills & talents

• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, data science or a comparable field of study with a focus on IT or comparable training (e.g. training as an IT specialist (f/m/d) in application development with subsequent training as a technician).
• In addition, you have initial professional experience - ideally in IT or in a role in which you have designed, managed or optimised business processes on the IT side.
• You have in-depth knowledge of the following topics:
  • Relational databases ideally experience with MS SQL Server
  • Development of ETL processes with SSIS
  • Development of reports with SSRS
  • Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and Dataverse
  • One or more programming/scripting languages e.g.: Python, VBA, PowerShell, Power Fx or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Good written and spoken English skills are expected.
• Ideally you have already developed web applications.
• SAP especially SAP MM knowledge would be desirable.
• Your preferred technology or programming language for solving our problems is not listed or you do not fulfil all the requirements?
