Your Impact in This Role

As part of the global Marketing and Communications team, you will help raise awareness of the Yunex Traffic brand worldwide by turning our projects, solutions, and purpose into compelling stories. Within the team, you will be the go-to person for developing and bringing to life innovative and strategic communication concepts, ensuring our communications reach the right audiences effectively and achieve the intended outcomes.

Responsibilities

• You will design and implement external communication initiatives aimed at positioning us as industry experts and increasing our brand awareness.
• You will develop and execute a cross-media editorial plan and tailor our content to target audiences across various communication channels (PR, blog articles, social media, newsletters, internal channels etc.).
• You will support the organization and execution of events and trade shows and provide editorial coverage.
• In close collaboration with our Owned Channel Media Manager, you will create engaging posts that help grow our community on LinkedIn.[LH3] 
• You will continuously monitor your KPIs and know exactly what to do to optimize the performance of your content.
• You will work closely with your international colleagues to ensure that Yunex Traffic is perceived consistently and positively around the world.
• You will advise and support colleagues across the globe in communicating local highlights, such as events, projects, and solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• You have completed vocational training or a degree in communications, journalism, or a related field, and bring several years of professional experience in a similar role.
• You are a passionate communicator who knows how to craft messages that are tailored to specific audiences and channels.
• You are skilled at translating technically complex topics into clear, engaging stories.
• You are creative and enjoy developing new concepts that go beyond the ordinary and take communication to the next level.
• You remain calm under pressure and are flexible when priorities shift unexpectedly.
• You work independently and are also a team player who enjoys solving complex challenges collaboratively.
• You have excellent written and spoken Portuguese and English skills.
